Post Operative Bras for after Augmentation Surgery
Finding a post operative bra is a definite concern that doesn't always receive satisfactory attention.  Most surgeons don't like under-wire bras.  The staff at body works has found that most under-wire bras provide great support for larger structure, and would be great if they didn't have the under-wire during the post operative healing period.  We recommend the bras below, but recommend that if the bra has an underwire, you snip the under-wire pocket at the edge and remove the under-wire during the immediate post-operative period.  Then after this period, when recommended by your surgeon, the under-wire can be replaced if so desired.
