Member Expose:  If you have had cosmetic surgery and would like to be a featured member please submit here.  Please include the ambassador in the comments section of the submission for. We will have a panel of five members that act as ambassadors to cosmetic surgery community.  
When submitting your personal information and pictures for posting, you will be given your own web page at Body Wurks.  This page will be a referral page for others seeking information from those with personal experience.  To confirm your submission, please fill out the following with your email.  Your will be emailed a confirmation and an email address/postal address to send your pictures.  By providing our readers with your experience and photos you will be entered regularly in the quarterly product drawing for  products.  We will be giving away skincare products, lingerie, and gift certificates.
